PORTFOLIO - South Beach Apartment, Miami Beach, FL

This project was a lateral conversion of two one-bedroom apartments in a 1970s building in South Beach.  We achieved a larger living room along with a den/office/3rd bedroom. The clients wanted a blue and white color scheme and we were inspired by the Greek Islands and Gio Ponti's Parco dei Principi hotel in Sorrento, Italy.
